Do you buy trial quantities or full pallets?
Both. Many relationships start with a trial order so both sides can prove the fit, then step up to repeat pallet programmes once sell-through is established.
Do you require brand authorisation from suppliers?
We ask every supplier to be clear about their sourcing position for the brands offered, and we require standard commercial documentation on every order. If you're a manufacturer or authorised distributor, the conversation is straightforward.
Which documents do you need?
VAT-compliant invoices and accurate delivery documentation as standard, plus product specifications and safety documentation where the category requires it — cosmetics and consumer health lines in particular.
How do payment terms work?
Terms are agreed in writing per relationship before the first order. We're straightforward about what works for us, and we honour what we agree.
